You’ve put together quite an impressive list there, Daniel, kudos to you for persevering in your desire to learn from many others. I hope to read some of the thoughts you’ve gleaned along the way here on your blog, and some of the other open inquiries you may have.
yeah, daniel….
HE has given you passion and focus for HIMSELF and Asian Americans…. the absolute key thing on this blog page is “to see Asian-Americans follow Christ passionately and impact the rest of the world for His KINGDOM.” I love this. It’s internally and externally organic. May GOD give you HIS mind on how to see A.A’s come into HIS KINGDOM (what is the “gospel” for A.A’s?); how A.A.’s can be HIS disciples (what is HIS KINGDOM leadership style for us to make disciples in such a way that they will make other disciples, contextually); At what points do you need to step aside or apart from people (i.e. the gurus u r visiting, + the whole evangelical, ‘churchianity’ world thing to be passionately and radically a KINGDOM disciple and KINGDOM leader…. ? May GOD give you KINGDOM wisdom as you lay foundations for serving HIM in HIS SPIRIT…. And, may HE raise up many KINGDOM Asian American leaders who will see their lives multiply all over the world, all over the U.S., and especially in Asia where 1/2 the world’s population is still waiting the find THE WAY to their KINGDOM HOME………….
Religious discourse requires subjectivity acknowledging itself as such, rather than as something more. I recommend the following post: http://deligentia.wordpress.com/2009/11/03/objective-vs-subjective-a-matter-of-biblical-hyperbole/
